The City of Martinsburg honors the bravery and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans. In observance of Veterans Day, City Hall will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Normal operations will resume on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all veterans who have served and continue to serve our country. Their dedication, courage, and sacrifice ensure the freedoms we hold dear.

Essential services, including emergency response and public safety, will remain in operation. We encourage all residents to take a moment on this solemn day to reflect on the service and sacrifice of our veterans.

Tuesday's garbage will be collected on Wednesday, along with recycling.
