A Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, September 13, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. on the draft FY 2009 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) .
The Draft FY 2009 CAPER will be on public display beginning August 27, 2010 at these locations:
Community Development Office, 2nd Floor City Hall, 232 N. Queen St. Martinsburg, WV
Martinsburg Public Library, Govt Reference Section, 100 West King Street, Martinsburg, WV
Berkeley County Courthouse, Clerks Office, 100 W. King Street, Martinsburg, WV
The City will consider all comments received by 4:00 P.M. on September 13, 2010. The FY 2009 CAPER will be submitted to US HUD by September 30, 2010.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings and they will be given the opportunity to present oral or written testimony. Written comments may be addressed to Community Development Director, City of Martinsburg, 232 North Queen Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401.
